JTC Furniture Group Relocates to Newly Upgraded Dundee Facility
JTC Furniture Group has now completed the full relocation of its staff and operations to a newly refurbished facility in the Dunsinane Industrial Estate, Dundee. This move marks a significant step forward for the business, providing an enhanced manufacturing and operational base designed to support future growth.
A Modernised, Fully Operational Site
Our new premises at Block 5, Dunsinane Avenue, Dunsinane Industrial Estate, Dundee, DD2 3QN have undergone an extensive redesign and upgrade programme. The facility is now fully operational, with all manufacturing, logistics, design, and administrative teams transitioned to the site.
The upgraded space allows JTC to benefit from:
A redesigned factory layout to support improved productivity
Increased warehousing and logistics capacity
Modern office, meeting, and staff facilities
A stronger operational footprint to meet growing demand
Improved workflow between manufacturing, design, and customer-facing departments

Supporting Long-Term Growth
This relocation follows JTC’s acquisition by Woodland Furniture Group (WFG) in April 2024. The investment into the new Dundee site forms an important part of the group’s wider strategy to expand capacity, streamline operations, and strengthen its presence across key sectors including PBSA, Build-to-Rent, Retail, and Social Housing.
